Buurtzorg Caribbean offers professional and personalized home care for those who are ill, after hospital admission or if you want to continue living independently for longer. Our nurses work in small teams and can help, for example, with personal care as well as preparing and giving medication. They also perform procedures at the request of your general practitioner or specialist, such as injecting insulin, caring for wounds, giving injections, or combating pain.

We understand the importance of assessing each situation separately and offer customized care based on each circumstance. Each client will have a personal counselor who will work with you to determine what care is needed, while also taking into account changes in the future. We also support your family and informal caregivers.

We will work with you to find solutions so that you can continue to live independently at home for as long as possible. Being ill and growing older is often accompanied by disabilities and limitations. Buurtzorg helps you deal with this in the best way possible.
